Battered Pine
Posted by T'Bonz - 29/10/10 at 01:10 pmThe physical demands of the theater proved to be rather painful for Chris Pine, who is trying to recover from his work on the Lieutenant of Inishmore.
Pine played Padraic, a hard-boiled terrorist, in the play which ran from July 11th through August 8th, but the role took a toll on his body.
“My body’s all sorts of f–ked up,” said Pine. “I tore my groin. I pulled my neck and glute, tweaked my rhomboid, sprained my f–king sacrum.”
Pine will appear next with Denzel Washington in Unstoppable, which releases on November 12.
