William Shatner, with a career spanning over fifty years, is ready to move from the conventional to the experimental when it comes to his craft.
Now the former Captain James T. Kirk can turn to ideas less traditional and have fun along the way. “As I look at what I’m doing now, that I’m sort of freed of the bonds of a weekly television show which I’d been in the last five years, I see that there’s all kinds of strange ideas for shows and things, some of which I’m selling,” said Shatner. “I’m having the best time entertaining myself and hopefully three or four other people.”

John Billingsley and his wife Bonita Friedericy were at Czech Trek 4 in Prague recently and gave the audience plenty of amusement with their wacky antics.
“This is going to freak me out,” said Billingsley, when the man assigned to translate began his task. “Start drinking,” he said to the translator, to whom he had given a bottle of booze.
“I cannot,” said the man.
“I need another translator!” said Billingsley, to laughter and applause from the audience. The next translator took a hearty drink from the bottle. “Now THAT’s a translator!” shouted Billingsley.

John Cho will have work for some time to come as FlashForward, the show on which he is currently appearing as Demetri Noh, has been granted a full season.
ABC announced that the show has been picked up for a full slate of twenty-two episodes. FlashForward has done very well, becoming the first show since 2004 to beat Survivor in the key adult 18-49 demographic.
FlashForward has led the pack when it comes to DVR usage. Over the first week, it was the number one show in DVR playback, gaining two million viewers as a result of that format. Other shows noted for their strong DVR playbacks are Lost (to which FlashForward is often compared) and The Office.
